Here we are cutting up slices of Dow Styrofoam for use on the ROV pontoons.

Who would have thought that slicing up foam is such fun.

Here are the pontoons all glued together. It will look like the yellow model on the floor but MUCH larger.

Here are the foam pontoons with the aluminum caps. Later we will install more brackets and fiberglass this thing together.

The winch can lift 1,500 lbs, but the frame will yield at 718 lbs. This thing will go straight to the bottom if we let it. The goal is to limit vertical loads to 200 lbs.

This is a rough foam and plastic mockup of 'Gizmo' the underwater flying robot.

'Cosmo' is under construction here.

Finally we are at a milestone. We still have a LOT to do.
